The demand for living accommodations has never been greater. With the addition of each park model we eliminate a place for our traveling RV’s to stay. It is our hope to accommodate as many snowbirds as possible.
When you rent a lot/dwelling unit in Mountain Shadows RV Resort (a 55 plus park) you receive full resident privileges. You will be entitled to use all facilities. Each lot has 50 and 30 amp breakers, telephone, and cable TV. Connections, water and sewer hookups are in place. Garbage dumpsters are conveniently located throughout the park. Each lot contains a minimum of an 8×10 shed for your use during your stay. You will also be furnished with a post office box key and a facilities key. We are sure you will enjoy your stay with us.
When you buy one of these lots, you become the deeded owner. It is yours! Imagine having your own place to spend the winter or year round if you choose. It’s yours! You decide when to come and go. Only 45 minutes from Palm Springs, Hemet has very mild winters and is hot in the summer with cool nights. Some of us enjoy the heat and and stay year around. It is much nicer than Palm Springs in the summer.
